5S is an approach any organizations adopts to evaluate and improve on its workplace organization capabilities and visual management standards. The concept of 5S engages people through the use of 'Standards' and 'Discipline'.
The 5S methodologies are not just about housekeeping, but also concentrating on maintaining the standards and discipline to manage any organization. This can be achieved by upholding and showing respect for the workplace every day.
The five management productivity tools that integrate to make 5S are:
• Sort
• Strengthen
• Shine
• Standardize, and
• Sustain
These elements relate to a workplace organization to form a firm foundation on which many organizations base their drive for continuous improvement. The concepts of 5S are equally important, applicable and are successful in almost all industrial sectors helping them to achieve high impact factors.

Course Objective

The CADD Centre Overseas is offering a powerful course in association with Synergy in the Kaizen Course on 5S for students and professionals. The course aims to impart knowledge and convert candidates into quality champions focusing on each of the Kaizen Principles. Through this course, the candidates will come across ways to identify and reduce all types of waste, reduce cost, improve quality and meet work obligations quickly and efficiently.
